I recently read about this book, Can Mom Have A Piece of My Birthday Cake by Rochelle L. Stern, on Diabetic Parents. I ordered the book (via Amazon) for my two year old. Though it is too mature for her at this time, she enjoys flipping through it.
My daughter observes me giving myself injections, changing my pump set, testing my blood sugar, treating a low, treating a high, etc. I thought a book explaining diabetes would come in handy!

That sounds like a great book... I'm glad you found it. I love all the info you share. I wish my sister-in-law could have had all this 20 years ago.
